IMG_0805Do any of you dream of having strawberry cream cheese pie every day of the week? Now that I know just how good this pie is, I am starting to have these dreams. For Easter this weekend, I made strawberry pie to go with our turkey lurkey dinner. What a finish it was! If you chose the second option, than you will love what’s in store in this week’s post for one of my new favorite recipes, mocha almond hazelnut fudge cookies. They are full of goodness and will definitely bring you into the Christmas season if the terrible Christmas music in all the stores and malls haven’t yet. Continue reading

Lemon Gingersnaps

When someone asks you to do something for them, do you pretend you have something else to do? Do you turn a cold shoulder and say that you are busy? Or do you give them a big “For sure! What can I help you with?” Continue reading
